Love the turn around time. No need to wait weeks for your new hoop! I have ordered a few times from Spinsterz and love these guys/ladies! ;) The only tidbit I would add, would be to explain the difference between a polypro and HDPE connector. I selected HDPE for my polypro hoop and regret it. It is too stiff, the connector tab thing was too difficult and fell into the connector tube the first time I tried to undo it. Other than that...awesome! I LOVE my hoops!

I finally had an experience myself when Brandon contacted me about his amazing tubing he is producing. He sent me a very generous sample of his purple poly and I have to say it's everythng you want and dream about when thinking about quality and color. His customer service is above and beyond perfection and he makes you feel like an old friend when he speaks with you. As both a Hooper and a Hoopsmith I will be doing all my transactions when it comes to his tubing with the Spinsters!! I cant wait till the rest of his colors come out I will be one of the first to own these. If you are looking for tubing THIS is the place to be! I loved the quality of the product as well as the customer service that came along with making my final purchases.
