BEWARE!!!! This company advertises “easy returns” but it’s a lie. I received an Atlas which I ordered thinking it was smaller and lighter. I am 71 years old and have no place to put it permanently. I can’t even get the box into my house. It is unopened, sealed and unused. All I requested was an RMA and shipping label. I even offered to pay the return shipping cost. They were rude and refused to help me. They referrred me to the person who sold it to me. He is now moved back to LA and I am in Palm Springs so where does that leave me? I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

The spectra red light therapy mask is very awkward. It has 2 big rubber pieces that sit on your forehead and chin. I find it very uncomfortable. Wish I could return it but my hubby bought it for me for Christmas and they won't let me return it. Bummer!!! Don't waste your money

jupiter is not only for the ladies, trust me dudes having a blast using this device, my skin feels amazing for 35yo guy thats not that obvious I'm a surfer and spend most of my time under the sun jupiter helps me rejuvenate and heal my skin I love it highly recommended.

My husband and I received excellent service from Benjamin Rhanim and his assistant Carmen. Benjamin was very informative/educational about the product Jupiter L3 pro and accommodating. He was professional, yet personable throughout the two days we visited the shop; the second day was for facial treatment using the Jupiter. While we were told that more visible results is over time, our faces felt firmer and glowing. We look forward to using the products in our daily regiment and consulting w/Benjamin and Carmen whenever the need arises. Lastly, the Pearlridge location is an attractive, clean, spacious and welcoming store.

Saying an expensive product works great doesn’t help me in a review. This was a lot of money for me to spend, but it’s been worth it. I am 53 yrs old and have NEVER spent this kind of money on anything.. I have been using the Jupiter religiously for two weeks both blue light and red light. To be honest I don’t know which one actually helps the best, but who cares it’s working. I had big pores on my face. They have shrunk significantly, my husband commented on them. I had a large mole removed 30 yrs ago on my face. The scar is harder to see. I’ve only been using this for a little over two weeks. As for fine lines, wow I am starting to wonder if I ever had any. What I like best is the sun blobs I had on my neck. Yes I named them blobs. They are breaking up. They are at least half as dark, and the area is smaller than when I started. OMG this thing works. I have been working on a few scars on my legs, I took pic’s so I am hoping to be able to post pics when They are gone. As for veins I do not have any close to the skin so I can not review that part. This was a lot of money to spend, but miss cheapo here is so glad she bought it.

I was hoping for more significant results after 4 weeks. I will continue to use the Jupiter three times a week for another 4 weeks.

Have used Space Touch on cool setting several times. After each use have gotten at least two blisters one on each cheek. Have not tried the heating setting. Not sure if I should use it.

It might be to early to see dramatic results . My wife and I have been using the Jupiter 3 times a week for 5 -10 mins on blue light for surface scars ,sun spots and 5-10 on red light for wrinkles . I think some of the sun spots are getting lighter on the red light we can't see much yet . Will the red light help varicose veins ?

When I first purchased this I was able to keep up the schedule prescribed and thought I was seeing good results. To be fair, I have not been able to do so for a while because of a family emergency. I hope to get back to it, so that I might reap the full benefits of this product.

I like using the Jupiter. It's easy to use and it seems to make my skin clearer and brighter.

The heat feels lovely on my skin, after a month of everyday use I am not seeing much difference yet. The blue light cold mode rarely works. It is for surface repair and it hasn't worked often enough for me to say anything about it.
