At first, I was concerned that the product was going to an incorrect house number on our street due to a glitch with autofill. I sent an email to HTF as soon as I noticed the error. While the response to that email took a few days, the product did arrive on time to the correct address.

Everything went without a hitch--shipping
Everything went without a hitch--shipping was swift and I got what I needed. Only problem was that I had to buy two and I couldn't complete the transaction with a purchase that was less than $10. It worked out because I was expecting to pay about $30 for the part wherever I found it, and paying for two plus shipping was still less than $30. Win-win
