When I got in touch with their customer service, I told them how beautifully your company packaged the frame and that they need to do a better job. Never thought I’d say I’m impressed w the hardware sent! Beautiful frame, including the black paper backing. Top quality.

The only thing to really watch is that there is a no return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong picture.
