Ordered for collection, waited quite a while before my order was ready. Email correspondence wasn’t great. The collection process was very slow when I collected as they struggled to find my order. But the food was all good.

I felt the owner wasn't really listening to my complaint re the rice balls and should have offered me a part replacement.

overnight delivery was a great surprise and the packaging fits nicely into my freezer. great value for money!

Super quick. Delivery man was attentive, friendly and ensured that the person who picked it up was aware than the goods needed to be put back into a freezer asap.

Barbecue pork bun can be slightly sweeter so it will taste closer to the Hong Kong style :-)
