Smooth ordering process. Maybe too smooth. The money flew off the card without any intermediate validation step. :) The package came on time and without any issues.

j'ai commandé le coffret pour l'offrir à Noel. Le colis je ne l'ai jamais reçu (ni livré à la maison , j'y étais, ni chez la gardienne) alors que sur le site du livreur le status du colis est indiqué "livré". j'ai payé le produit et je n'ai rien reçu en retour. J'ai demandé à DDP (le livreur de m'expliquer pourquoi la commande est indiquée livrée alors que jamais réceptionné, j'ai demandé la preuve de livraison - ils investiguent depuis 8 jours sans réponse. je demande naturellement à être remboursée , ce qui ne couvrira pas le dommage car je voulais à tout prix offrir ce cadeau à ma mère. Navrée que cela finisse de cette façon.

As I have said in the previous review on the packaging the bottle is leaking from its spray cap into the cap itself, on the bottle, the ribbon is soaked and the box is stained and wet. Please fix this problem with me so I can trust and buy more on further occasions.

Ordering process and speed of delivery satisfactory. packaging was a slight disappointment due to mentioned factors (tear of the edge of the box and tissue paper was ripped/damaged and not really glam (stiff paper, one, small paper sheet)
