Best heat pads I have ever have

I have used these for a few years for lower back pain; stick on easily and heat does last a very long time; very soothing when I've "overdone" things; highly recommend if you suffer muscular pain.

This product is one of the best on the market. Attach to you clothes on the inside where needed. I find it last longer than 14 hours. For me 18 plus hours. I then break open the pack and use as fertilizer for my garden. Price is also very economical. I can also place it on my bed sheet where it gives me great results.
