This product is one of the best on the market. Attach to you clothes on the inside where needed. I find it last longer than 14 hours. For me 18 plus hours. I then break open the pack and use as fertilizer for my garden. Price is also very economical. I can also place it on my bed sheet where it gives me great results.

I have a genetic mutation in the lumber area of my spine. After years if mis diagnosis, I have had several surgeries which have secured my spine but has left me with constant and permanent chronic pain. These heat pads are amazing. From the time I found out about them a few years ago, I haven’t gone a day without them. So easy. The feet warmers are great for sore feet from injuries or arthritis. Wouldn’t be without them.
