Love your product, we ordered are product on July 24 2024. And we still don’t have are full order. Fed ex has jacked us around. They say the order is coming and never get it. We are opening are store without are large cups. We can’t run are business this way. Thank you for listening.

I use the pink cups at my frozen custard shop (4oz-16oz). I like the designs and they elevate the presentation of our products. I don’t care much for the dome lids. They do not fit snuggly. And when packing orders to-go the cups don’t stack properly and fall all over in the bags. Shipping lead time seems to be a little slower this year than it was last (I may be wrong but I felt that orders were prepped and picked up by the shipping company faster last year than this year). I don’t fully understand the new perks program. I enjoyed free shipping on my larger orders last year and didn’t have to use “points” to get it.

Love the products and fast shipping. I will be ordering again, and again...
