Shipping was fast, Easy to navigate website, But Product was and is still bad. I bought a rc helicopter Blade 330 S and the swash plate is way off. I crashed and it never left the ground. Bought parts and got it up, tried safe mode and crashed instantly, because of the swash plate. Not happy with it

Your customer service went from first class to China class. What a shame. You're just another company now..and in many cases much worse...Tower Hobby is a horrible model. Stopped buying from them years ago when they went the way of cutting human interaction out of customer service. Not enough hours in the day to resolve something that used to require a quick phone cal. Good luck ! I hope you fail ! I hope all businesses that restructured to this model fail fail FAIL !!!
