The Horizon 7. 0 AT was packaged excellently. Zero damage to anything even though the box had some superficial damage which isn't surprising for its weight. Assembly instructions were very clear. I'm a 75-year old geezer and I assembled this by myself in ~1. 5 hours. No sweat!

Haven't had to use customer service. Shipping took between 2-3 weeks. I didn't pay for assembly since I knew my husband and I could do this. The delivery guy did though help my husband with bringing into the house and putting it where I will be using it. It is very heavy.
