I received the DVD's quickly but only had 10 days to preview them. There was a lot of information and could have used a few more days but I also had to send them back a couple days early because I went on a trip so bad timing on my part. Everything was as they said and it was a smooth transaction. I will definitely use them again.

Luv this shot trainer for my grand kids. Assembly instructions are pretty clear and straight forward especially using the assembly video. There are some occasional ball jams but minor adjustments seem to be working fine. Would highly recommend.
