Can’t tell you how many shorts I have gone thru, until I found this one! This is by far the best short I have ever owned. The cloth is a nice thickness that holds up well with my active lifestyle. I like the elastic waist band and the “can pocket” that I use to carry either my water bottle or cell phone. After years of washing and drying the elastic waist band still hasn’t failed! Other shorts I have owned either the seams would fray or the waist band would fail, Not this short! I now own a dozen of these shorts! Thank you Hook & Tackle for making a top quality short.

I ordered this last year I think it was, and this has turned into my go-to for hoodies, even more so than my Howler Brothers ones. It is thick, soft and comfortable, and the zipped front is perfect here in Texas for when the weather changes every 15 minutes.

Great pair of shorts, just like the original! They are pretty light weight and very stretchy. Took the advice in another review and ordered a size smaller, which worked out good for me. Also like the additional cell phone pocket, fits my Samsung S-10 with no problem. I live practically year round in the original beer can shorts, these will be a nice addition for late spring and summer, particularly near the water when I can test their quick drying capabilities.

Love the quality of the shirts

I’m not a fisherman but I wear these shorts when I play golf. The beer can pocket is perfect for holding a golf ball, a few tees and a ball mark repair tool. I also like the zippered back pockets and the cargo pockets. The elastic waist band is great too. I have 2 of every color.
