Overall, my experience with Hookah. com was okay. The products and ordering process were good, and my purchase arrived as expected. My main concern is that shipping has become noticeably more expensive over time. It’s also frustrating that you can’t combine promo codes—for example, using a free-shipping promotion along with another discount code when both are available. With the higher shipping costs, being able to combine certain promotions would make a meaningful difference. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase, but more reasonable shipping costs or greater flexibility with promotions would definitely improve the experience and make me more likely to order again.

Very disappointing customer service. I am a regular customer, and my sister and I placed two separate orders one week apart. I paid for both orders, and we share the same shipping address. Apparently, Hookah. com mistakenly treated them as one order. My sister received her shipment, but I never received mine. I contacted customer service and received no response. I continue to receive emails stating that my order was delivered, even though it was not. No one has taken the time to investigate or correct this error.
