Why can`t I write to customer support ?

I am very disappointed with my order. I received a completely different bag than the one I ordered. The model sent to me does not match the product shown on the website. In addition, the website stated that delivery would take 3–5 business days. I placed my order on February 7, but the bag only arrived on February 24, which is much later than promised. I would appreciate it if your customer service team could contact me as soon as possible to arrange an exchange, if this is possible. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.
