First time buyer from this site. Very quick delivery, packaged really well. Bought 2 hoodies for grandchildren, both excellent quality,definitely be using again.

Greetings, I am usually very very satisfied with your products and have never had a problem, but I have a bit of a situation. The courier that was supposed to deliver the package gave me 12hours to take the set, which is nearly not enough and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. They don’t respond to emails or pickup the phone. The package was prepaid and I have called 5 times already but nothing. Would you be able to do something about this issue? My item got delivered to an unsafe place right out the front on a main road. Visible to the public. So I did not receive this item. Hoodrich said they will not do anything about this. When I contacted the delivery company they told me I need to contact Hoodrich for them to claim on their insurance. No help given from Hoodrich
