I gave Vin Numbers to both automobiles for two air filters and two cabin filters, all 4 items were wrong products. I have left messages, no one return my call, no text message, no calls, no emails, I want to return and get the correct items or credit my credit card back, very poor customer service. Online ordering supposedly easier and should minimize errors on the orders specifically if VIN number has been provided for the vehicle. Wrong parts was delivered. Very upsetting. Will think twice to order again.

Whole process was great. I made mistake on my order, and was called by Honda representative to verify my order, pointing out my mistake (I order extra part while everything else x2). Shipment was fast, receiving all parts in less than predicted time. Assembly went smooth and parts fit perfectly on my 2013 Honda Odyssey Turing. After approximately 200 miles, it still performs flawlessly. For the struts, I did not want to have reported issue that the squeaking is back in a few weeks (non OEM parts), so I went with this OEM struts. So far - very happy with overall performance!
