After having trouble with the shipment, the mirror was cracked. UPS paid for another new mirror to be shipped. Another mirror was shipped with no trouble. I had it installed and it looks great. I appreciate dealing with the gentleman that did the shipment at Acura parts in Indiana. He was very helpful.

I ordered a part from you on Feb. 4, and selected standard shipping. The quoted delivery date was Feb. 6. It's currently Feb. 11, and the part is still in transit with USPS. According to the USPS tracking number, its status is 'In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late'. Now that I know you use USPS for shipping, I won't be buying anything more from your site, due to the many problems I've had with USPS in the past. You should offer the option to ship with UPS or Fedex, even if it costs a little more.

Excellent product/correct delivery, slow shipping

The wipers are correct, but the shipping was sketchy. (see photo) The person that packed this actually cut a hole in the corner of the undersized box, knowing the wiper would risk damage. Fortunately, it wasn't damaged, but my confidence in ordering from you is.

Everything about the purchase was very good except the instructions that left a lot to be desired. Nothing about what to look for or how to go about removals or installation in the best way possible. I understand that Honda Asura is in the business to install these add-ons and it's a very lucrative business but when you sell these add-ons to the general public it would show really how much you care about repeat business.
