Home Science Tools has been a blessing. They actually have kit to go with our curriculum.

I would like to commend Home Science Tools for an example of extraordinary customer service. I ordered a set of magnifiers which I received promptly. But I was disappointed that the quality of the magnifiers I received was much lower than the product photo on the webpage. I chatted on-line with a very helpful customer service agent who arranged for a product return at no cost to me. A few days later, I received a phone call and E-mail from HST customer service. They had investigated the situation with the lower quality product and had agreed with my assessment. They generously authorized me to donate the magnifiers to my school rather than go to the trouble of returning them to HST. I think this indicates that customer service and doing the right thing are very high priorities to the company.
