Your People and Service for any organization is top of the list. Originally your regular prices were often cheaper than other stores even with their discount. Now your dry dog food even with 10 percent off Tues is sometimes not the lowest. What happened?

You don’t have the large Primal rabbit freeze dried for cats and give untrue reason for not carrying. Just to let you know Boseleys has it. Delivery used to be immediately sent. Not now. Other than those 2 issues this is a good company to deal with
