Not sure if I received old stock but the bag of food, albeit unexpired, seemed stale compared to previous purchases

I'm so glad to have discovered Homes Alive several years ago. They offer quick and convenient shipping for those residing within BC (Lower Mainland). I like that they carry plenty of cat food varieties and when things are on sale, I do tend to bulk purchase to stock up. I have also visited the Langley store as well and the staff are always friendly at the check-out and the store is easy to navigate and it is kept very clean.

A wide range of product types, diversification

I followed the sizing measurements provided on the website exactly when ordering the Hurtta Extreme Warmer V2, but the coat arrived significantly oversized. Because it was a clearance item, the store refused any size exchange, even though the sizing guide came from their own website. I was advised to sell the coat to someone else instead. The product quality itself is good, but this policy places all responsibility on the customer and creates a very disappointing shopping experience. I would strongly caution others when purchasing clearance items, especially if relying on the store’s sizing guide.
