I am normally thrilled with my homes alive orders. They usually arrive promptly and in good condition however the last two orders of canned cat food have arrived with badly dented and damaged cans. The box they arrived in was in good condition so that tells me staff placed these damaged goods into the box for shipping and damage did not happen during transport.
