Very Happy with products purchased, communications and delivery times.

I know it's not on you but I really hope that there can be a way for me to leave a delivery instruction when I order as I might not always at home while the delivery is there. I missed the delivery and I could only pick up from the pick up point which is quite inconvenient and the food is heavy.

The Canada Post works very well. The package was wrapped well and secure and arrived promptly by Canada Post.

Shipping is always here within a few days of ordering and anytime we have had a concern (payment went through twice) customer service handled it right away.

We shop here when ever we are in town, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Always greet you and assist you with any of your pet needs. We are from out of town and I save my shopping for when I am in town. Love that it is Canadian owned and the look after their customers like they truly care.

I first must say Homesalive is the best company for purchasing online pet food. Excellent return policy, great selection, and helpful staff. My cat has severe allergies and for many years we have been trying to find a good that doesn’t cause itching and open sores. We moved to this one and so far he is doing well with it.
