I love to support family owned and/or Canadian companies. I would highly recommend this company. Their attention to detail is amazing. I received email asking whether I still wanted a soon to be expired product. Wow! Who does that? I have several pet stores within walking distance (I live in Ontario) but I always order from your out-west website. I am a picky consumer but I love you guys. Can't say enough.

Good for keeping the odor down but it is so coarse. Be nice if they had a litter that was smaller. My goodness it sure hurts ones feet when you step on it. Wish my cats could talk wonder if it hurts their feet as much.

I know it's not on you but I really hope that there can be a way for me to leave a delivery instruction when I order as I might not always at home while the delivery is there. I missed the delivery and I could only pick up from the pick up point which is quite inconvenient and the food is heavy.

The Canada Post works very well. The package was wrapped well and secure and arrived promptly by Canada Post.

Shipping is always here within a few days of ordering and anytime we have had a concern (payment went through twice) customer service handled it right away.
