AI or whatever, have had pending issue for over a week. Expected better. Absurd to have emails go unanswered for a week.

When it comes to sports/ WWE gear if I’m not on the official sites homage is my go to for great shirts etc of my favorite teams/athletes.

I emailed about a shipping address change then AI email bot said they would change it before shipping but never did. Gift for nephew will not get to him now until I go see him probably in April. I email directly they basically say no cause I’m too late even though it was sent minutes after I ordered. Terrible experience with AI AND the lack of human customer service

Between my husband and three boys, no birthday or Christmas goes by without Homage. They have the softest tees and the designs are great. I am done buying from places like Fanatics whose designs come off in the wash and nothing fits the way we want. With Homage I enjoy what I am getting and I love it.

I ordered a tshirt 12/16 at 7:53am and after I hit submit I realized the wrong size was marked. I emailed homage at 7:54am to make the change and got a reply at 7:55am that they will try. Didn’t get a shipping confirmation until 6:44PM and the wrong size was shipped. So in almost 12 hours time, customer service couldn’t make that size change!? I’m sorry but that isn’t good customer service. They had time to email me back why not make that quick change? So I had to spend more money to get the correct size and will now need to pay to return the wrong one. Its the holidays and in feel they could have been more accommodating.

Ordered on 12/8, just finally got an update that my stuff shipped and it’s not expected until 12/22. Super slow shipping for items that are not cheap. I will update my review once I get my items and can speak to their quality.

You have literally the worst shipping. In a world where so much is 2 day this or that, I’m waiting 2 weeks!! I wanted a new hoodie for the B1G Champ, ordered 7 days before. Columbus to Indy and I’m still waiting. I know they have nice stuff but paying for and getting the slowest shipping ever is unacceptable

I’ve purchased several products at this point, including youth sizes, adult, tease, and sweatshirts. The quality on everything has been excellent, and the fit is exactly how I would want it to be. The customer service and communication have been great and all the products arrived really quickly considering it’s the holidays. Plus Homage has some of the best designs and variety around. I’ll definitely buy from them again!

I ordered two items from the site. The colors on the screen printed logos were both very off from the pictured items on the website. What was supposed to be navy looked like royal blue. What was supposed to be maroon looked pink. I submitted for a return and still had to pay the return shipping. Meh.

Most of the things I ordered were gift so they are yet to be enjoyed by others at Christmas. Although the products are great, the shipping is extremely slow. That is always a huge frustration.

These are the softest, most comfortable hoodies I’ve ever worn. Lots of great choices for any team you root for as well as fun pop culture designs and plain hoodies too!

I'll never buy a Browns starter jacket on here again. My jacket had spot on it so they sent me a new one had this jacket for 2 years and pockets are already wore out and paint is coming off buttons. How do they have good reviews? Jackets are expensive and should last a long time. I'm a very disappointed customer!!!! Thanks for taking my money and giving me a bad material jacket!!!
