The Lani earrings are very pretty and my wife loves them. Unfortunately, despite paying for 2nd Day Air shipping, they arrived days late. Eight days in fact. Customer service ignored repeated requests for a refund of that shipping fee since they sent the earrings by snail and missed the anniversary. We love Holly Yashi and have ordered many things. We are disappointed in customer service this time.
