I only had 2 issues over several years. 1 was a shipping issue that was resolved easily. The 2nd was not really an issue. My pet died and the kind response to cancellation of my subscription was amazing. I will highly recommend this business. Thank you

They came real fast from shipping. The melatonin, it's the one that works for my dog. The c b d joint support and calming, didn't work on bear.

Customer Service was great at helping me with items not delivered. I finally get them - the replacement order - and my dog won't eat them. Very expensive trial. Things like this including for humans should offer a trial pack. I was excited to give it for my fur baby unfortunately she doesn't like them. She wouldn't eat any of it.
