This whole experience was a breeze! It's a little daunting to purchase 25 umbrellas with your customized logo site unseen but we were super stoked when they came in and we're better than we could have imagined. In the days before I finally placed the order, I was worried that the navy base color wouldn't match our logo navy. I asked on the site (which by the way is such a cool feature to be able to basically IM reps from Holden and they get back to you very promptly) and they gave me the color # which looked a little funky on my monitor. They were very understanding and sent over a sample umbrella of their standard navy and it was perfect. We could not be happier with the service and most importantly, the product. Also, cannot believe how fast they made and shipped! Very impressed. Will recommend.

My proof had writing on the sides of the frames with the title of the event. The sunglasses I was sent did not. But I believe they are working so another customer never has the same issue online. Still cute, the attendees liked the glasses. The owner called, apologized and offered a complete refund. Totally blown away by that! I could not accept such an offer - we kept and used the product.
