I really enjoy their communication and customer service, as well as the quality product. However, I do wish if they were out of stock of an item, they would note that on their page before placing the order.... a simple "Item not available until August"

These bags are high quality. They're strong, durable, and flat out gorgeous! I will be ordering more very soon, as well as seeing what other marketing items they have. I will be a vendor at a very large expo & these are the 1st bags I purchased & I am now a customer for life. The only thing I would do differently is not add the foil shine on my logo, it's comes out too dark on pictures. But that's it.

I purchased two large boxes of the trash bags. With high hopes! However, I find that they tear simply trying to take them off the role. And for that price, I can’t afford to waste six or seven trash bags before I even get to use them.
