I am so glad I got these. All the parts were in the packet. Yes, it would be nice if the instructions were more clear. Once I set one up with the vent going the wrong way it was easy to figure out and correct, lol.

Honestly got the wrong part. They hooked me up w the right one w a return slip for the other parts sent and hooked it up super quickly! Very much appreciate all they do! I’

The product is absolutely beautiful, looks so good on my Street Glide. Originally didn't include the metal nameplate. I called and it was immediately sent to me. While installing I noticed a screw missing from the recoil retention bracket. Generally very nice product, just need to step it up on your QC process.

I was recently at the Sturgis rally and happened to see the hogworkz booth so I stopped by and told them about a set of spots I purchased a couple of years ago and showed them pictures of how they had water in them and weren't working properly. They immediately offered to replace them but I didn't have the bike there at the rally, so they just gave me a new set and told me to mail them the old ones. I am extremely impressed with the no questions asked replacement and sending me a new set even though the bike wasn't there for them to see. I appreciate companies who stand behind their product and trust their customers in situations like I found myself, rather than making me go through some lengthy warranty replacement process, the lights are awesome and I will definitely going to be doing more business with them in the future!

I ordered the Blackout LED Day maker Headlight for my 2004 Harley Davidson Road Glide. The headlight is awesome! Major improvement over the stock headlight. I highly recommend the Day maker LED headlight.

They went on with a little finesse but are really nice and brighter then the stock lights

instructions could be better, the cables should be marked left and right, if you install them by the diagram picture on first page, they wont work, one of the. cable housings was too short to clip in on both ends. one of the locks fell apart just by installing the key, pins went every wear.
