I took the entire class on line. I struggle with text anxiety and had to take the school test more than once. The office staff was so encouraging and talked me out of giving up. I passed the state exam on the 1st try and I believe it was due to the great attitude of the staff and their encouragement. I would recommend Hogan to anyone interested in a career in real estate.

I was harder than I anticipated, but all the instructors were great. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating. Passed first try due to the knowledge and skills taught. Special shout out to George Jenson and Rick Amdahl who make it real and help with the tips and tricks for success.

I called Hogan School of Real Estate School and paid to start the basic course. I logged on and I just can't manipulate my way through where to start frustrated perhaps overwhelmed by the flash cards and thick text book and worried if I don't get started I will not meet my course deadline. I feel so lost... need help to get started. I contacted the office and address my concern just waiting on guidance to manipulate my way through this online course. Can't wait to get started and tell you my ending review latter time. :)

I am really enjoying the Live Feed Zoom Broker classes now being offered by Hogan, due to the Pandemic. It's very convenient and easy to use... It's not easy to coordinate 3 different class links per day, with different instructions all starting/ending at exact times and have the instructions easy to follow and all the links work and clear guidance for students on how to access and show your attendance, and have that all be pulled off daily without a hitch! It has been very smooth and well done, with the added convenience of being in your home so you can take notes, make flashcards, all from the comfort of home. I enjoy using the latest technology and what Hogan has achieved is not an easy feat! Well done Hogan! I really appreciate too, the recent changes to the Broker's License material, taking our learning to a whole other level from the Salesperson courses. It is really filling in a lot of questions I always have wondered about and giving me the tools to serve the public even better! Thank you!

I breezed threw my school and State exams ! Thanks to Hogan for giving me the tools to pass the exams and move on with my new career. The Instructors all had something unique to offer. Jim Hogan is so good at presenting the material. I liked the videos of him with explanations. Good to take class at home with pandemic going on.

During this C-19 pandemic the traditional campus has been closed to foot traffic (on-site classroom delivery). I must say that worked well for me as I could relax in the comfort of my home office, study in the surroundings that I am most comfortable with and grab a water or coffee at my convenience. Mr. Hogan's (Jim's) teaching style is engaging and works well for me. I truly enjoyed his colorful illustrations. Having retired from full careers in the military and then from the defense aerospace sector, this is now my third career and feel truly excited about my new possibilities. I decided not to let this C-19 pandemic define how I would spend my days, so decided to stay engaged and embark on a new career in real estate. Could not have made a better choice. Passed the Hogan School Final exam (on a Wednesday) and then the Arizona State exam (on Friday of the same week) the first time! I was well prepared. Don't get this twisted and think that this is a cake walk - it requires effort and determination on your part. You need to do the due diligence. You will need to study (and do a bit of extracurricular research at times), but I was well prepared for the final exams as a result and felt confident about taking them. Amazingly, I took the state exam on Friday morning, had a satisfactory PASS notice in hand (by early afternoon) and had a new position on a real estate team same day! Truly blessed!.. I have only to complete the Contract Writing Course and the application for licensure to complete. Thank you so very much Hogan School of Real Estate could not accomplished this with you!

After receiving high recommendations from friends in the Real Estate industry, I chose Hogan School for my pre-licensing classes. I enjoyed the 'personal' video approach of the school and Jim's sometimes 'folksy' presentations and examples made it not only enjoyable but easy to follow. There is a lot of information to present and digest and both Jim and Jenny did a great job. The practice tests, too, were a great learning experience. As a result, I finished the course in just about 2 months, took the AZ state exam, and passed on my first try. I was told that Hogan's 'pass' rate is one of the highest among AZ schools, and I believe it! Thanks Jim and Jenny!

I've received my real estate license in WA and IL in years past, studying for both online. Both were good experiences although WA was best as the Dearborn program was set-up in a game show format that was entertaining, highly functional, and educational. Time passed quickly while studying with that one. The Hogan program is not as entertaining, however, the instructor is very professional, clear, precise and knowledgeable. The program is put together in a somewhat basic format, with pretty basic technology as well, but it is done well and works consistently. It moves along fairly well. I am about halfway through studying and feel good about my investment. I can recommend the school's online version.

Just a great experience. I took the 3-week course while working full time and really enjoyed the variety of instructors. In my opinion, we were definitely given every opportunity to be more than prepared for the school and state exam. Both were a breeze thanks to the nature of the coursework and the teaching styles. Huge thank you to Bill, Rick, BJ, George, and Cheryl who all made learning fun. Special thanks to Anjelica as well who handled fingerprints, and test scheduling.

I passed the first time I took the final exam and the first time I took the state real estate exam even though I had a full time job and took care of the two demanding chihuahuas that would prefer home cook meals. The program, the teachers, and the administrative staff were outstanding. I took the in class courses because it was fun to interact with my teachers and classmates. I listened carefully what the teachers said. I studied the key terms, units' quizzes, home quiz, and all other quizzes. When I wanted to learn a term, I made an index card and taped it everywhere in my apartment so that I looked and studied it every day when I looked at it. When I studied a term, I really took my time to understand the concept of it , and how it was linked together. For example, I would like to learn the word, "riparian rights" I linked the R (riparian) with the R (river, water from the river). Last but not least, I studied one chapter a day. Therefore, the information has always been in my mind. After I passed the exams, I was feeling a sense of satisfaction that I did it. I have gained a meaningful career that I could help people to have a home. Thank you Hogan Real Estate School.

I love this school!! I feel like everything was explained in ways that made it easy to understand and I’m ready to start in the real estate field… Finally!

The visuals and examples were super helpful. Dan and George are the best. Also, loved frank’s gentle, sure, knowledgeable manners.
