Two of my kids have been using these sticks for about 2 full seasons now and I cannot say enough good things about them and their customer service. Once I was sent the wrong handed stick and they had everything fixed and reshipped in a week. My kids skate multiple time per week and I see them getting a lot more out of their sticks than kids on the team that are going through 3-4 sticks per year.

Order communication is always top notch. The only reason I don't give five stars is because there's been a few times where I make an order and the item is actually out of stock. Then when I go back to the site it's still showing as available. What's awesome though, is that they recognize it's a pain in the butt to hunt something down and add it to a cart only for it to be out of stock, so they proactively gave me a discount code for my next order.
