I recently purchased 5 bags and one of them is not what I thought it would be and I’m not happy with it. It’s still brand new with tags and according to you, I can’t return it because you said it was a final sale and I did not know this or I would not have purchased it. I am stuck with a $100 bag that is useless to me. I have purchased hundreds and maybe thousands of HOBO bags and I’m disappointed that I can’t return this one.

Love the bag, outside detail and inside lining as well as its diverse functionality with the slip pocket and different straps. The items were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The strap had a small scratch in it but I believe that is due to variability in the leather.
