After the original cable came to its useful life. This replacement feels more robust and is relatively easy to fit. As the cables are new they’re a little stiff to get into the small cabling routes in the remote. Just persist with shaping it in. Excellent and just a fraction of the price of sending the whole headset off for a repair. Thanks!

Shipping to Alaska ended up taking about 3 weeks. The company worked with me to ensure I had time to make sure the product worked and was willing to extend the 30 day return window is if needed it. I didn't and the product worked great.

Job was well done in a quick matter of time and communication was good as well. No complaints.

The earpads themselves are very comfortable and feel great during long flights. However, they do not stay securely attached to the headphones and have fallen off multiple times. I've had to reseat them twice during a flight, which is frustrating and could become a safety concern in a cockpit where distractions need to be minimized. Improved retention of the earpads would make this an excellent product.
