Sent me the wrong color bag. Not happy with their response.
The order was wrong. I received no help in resolving. I sent information to HT as they requested. I simply received the wrong color. Inquired about the color? Nothing. Product is good if you can actually get what you paid for. If I could do it over knowing what I know, I’d save my money and spring for the 5. 11 bag.
Highland Tactical's customer service was excellent and very responsive. If only everyone was like them!
