Awesome service and awesome kit

This bag is decent enough but has its faults. It packs in a decent amount with a spacious main compartment, side pockets and top pocket. The overall design is simple, and I get the impression this will be a robust bag (time will tell). However, where it lets itself down is in the quality of the finish. Some parts have been put together out of kilter/wonky and this gives the perception of the bag being cheap or "factory seconds" which is disappointing. While it doesn't affect the function, it does impact the aesthetic.
