Had an issue with my order where I was sent the wrong thing. Emailed them, they responded the next day and apologized for the error let me keep what they sent me added a product to my order for free and sent everything out correctly the same day. Things happen how ya fix them is what keeps a customer coming back. Only thing I wish they had was a phone number to call and still offered the backpack with the DUO. I missed it in the description and missed oit on ordering one but other than that keep up the good work.

30MM deep dish is a piece of art, going strong for 3 months now, if you keep it in the coil its quite well protected

love it works great my only gripe is you guys can actually charge more lol it's a great product and it's way too affordable kinda drives people away thinking it's cheap and crappy but that couldn't be farther from reality this thing is just as good as the $250 units I've used.

Unlike glass and ceramic nails, titanium nails won�t shatter when heated incorrectly. Titanium requires longer heating times than glass and quartz nails but has solid heat retention. Along with that titanium cools at a much faster rate than ceramic. Wonderful piece! Money worth!

I was worried how good the build quality of not only the enail but also the quartz, bowl ect was going to be. I have to say i am very pleased and feel its a great deal. You get everything u need to dab efficiently and cleanly while charging ur usb devices:) also customer service could not be better!

I have been waiting to find out what happened with an order I made. After a week I contacted the support team and immediately they jumped into helping me figure out where my stuff was and did way more then they needed too. Part of the issue was my own fault I realized too. I'm thankful for such a helpful team and I cant wait to get more things in the future

This nail has got a great heat retention and can hold heat for a long time. That's one of the major advantages I have seen in titanium when compared with other nails. Along with that, it will never break no matter how much you heat it or drop it.

I was Looking for a solid car cap and dabber, these unscrew apart so it make cleaning easier and dabbing and transporting a breeze.

For the price, cannot be beat. Find a piece of round metal like a pipe cleaner that you can regularly clean the middle shaft with is what I recommend if you get the titanium nail

really lightweight, 100% ti. feels great in your hand. Buy it, considering you local headshop will sell stainless steel dabbers for the same price or more.
