Orders 2x spore syringes and they threw in an extra one for my collection, the extra love is very much appreciated. My only culture spot because the great customer service.

The B.M. spores are 1 of the best !! I'll be back for more ... had to try other places , and NOTHING comes close to it... VERY FAST!!

Took two weeks to pin someone down to realize they hadn't shipped my order. I followed their steps to a T. One bag produced a green bacterial. Other bag is fine. I treated both bags with care and the same attention. They messed up on the bad bag but sterilized the good one. - $40

HDS has consistently provided the best service and finest products. If you are into studying microscopy with best spore samples, they are simply the best.

I live in Portland. I prefer to buy from local sellers. Buying from HDS took persistence, patience and determination. Pluses: 1– HDS is local. Right? 2– Your prices for spore syringes were less than any competitors— much less than some. 3– Good quality —The spores are viable and growing. 3.5 — HDS All-in-One bags I bought from a local Portland retailer are working fine so far. These were priced at market. I noticed HDS no longer offers these items. Some things that need attention — accessible customer service, providing information that is up-to-date, and clear, 4– using the website, it took me three attempts to complete an order for spore syringes — included a failed order, a duplicate order (couldn’t determine if it “went through”) and an awkward, unfamiliar offline procedure to make payment for the order I did complete. 5– This took a week+, a bunch of emails, text msgs and direct site-based inquiries (most unanswered) trying to determine the status of my attempted orders and how to go about payment using my credit card. 6– a couple of the stores on the list of local distributors are out of business or operating under new owners and under a different name and not selling mycology supplies. Very easy to use, particularly for the beginner like me. However, would love some better instructions on the website or with products.

I use Zelle with my bank account already so it was quick and painless to get products delivered promptly.
