The brackets were exactly what I needed to mount my XBOX ONE X to the back of my TV, with the compatible VESA mount. I also had to order a universal wall mounting screw kit (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LWP3001/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_FqHVEbA89SPN9) to attach it to my TV. My TV is not wall mounted, I am using the factory legs that it came with. Samsung Series 7, 65"
