Absolutely thrilled with my order. The customer service was also amazing. I needed to add on an extra buttonhole - a quick email and there was no fuss at all. They sent me an invoice, paid and it arrived with my large order. Will be recommending to everyone.

One style of flowers I received looks great, and the other looks nothing like the picture and I am so disappointed with it as it's the one I ordered the most of (bridesmaid's bouquets and boutennieres). They do not cover return shipping. Customer service will get back to you in a timely manner though.

Shipping was a bit confusing with two boxes but only one tracking label and customer service felt a bit dismissive of my concerns. However, very quick to arrive and very fast replies from customer service.

Website is easy to navigate, I'd ordered one button hole first to check they were true to what was being advertised. It was just beautiful. Ordered 4 bouquets, 6 buttonholes and 2 wrist corsages. Quick delivery and packaged superbly... highly recommended... Will be nice keepsakes too.

Had the pleasure of working initially with Cagla who sorted out all the items to order. Then we worked with Georgia who designed each and every piece. I am over the moon with Georgia’s designs and her attention to detail. I gave her some inspiration pictures from Pinterest and person and she was able to identify all the flowers I wanted and made the most beautiful bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, show pieces, everything!! We had an incredibly positive experience with Cagla and the Hidden Botanics team! We used a mixture of custom (for the bridal bouquet and boutonneire) and styled pieces (bridesmaid bouquets). Their updates on our florals were outstanding and they were so receptive to our tweaks and feedback! The flowers were mailed to Colorado in great shape, and using the timeline for ordering florals that were recommended by our wedding planner worked excellently to get the florals by our wedding date! We couldn’t recommend their service more! I loved not having to worry about fragile live flowers, and it was so fun to be able to give my bridesmaids a bouquet to keep :)
