Cooks beautifully, cleans up easily. We have a drawerful for our induction cooktop, just added a second small one to cook two omelets at once!

Beautifully designed/made pan, a joy to cook on with how quickly and evenly it heats. I had issues with food sticking due to letting the pan get too hot (I was used to lesser pans taking longer to heat) and Michael from Hestan called me to walk me through what was happening. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and gave me great advice on cooking with Hestan. Some of the best customer centricity and responsiveness I've experienced!

Solid construction, with proper prep effectively non stick but has great browning capability, even heating, lids fit well, handles stay cool. Overall great!

There are simply no words to describe the long term performance of NanoBond. After two years of using the 11" and 8.5" skillets, it is incredible. At first, when you use it, and the surface discolors, you panic. A dollop of the Hestan cleaner and it comes out like new with only a paper towel or dish rag. no scrubbing and extra effort. Having used a competitor's stainless steel for many years, I am used to stainless and cook extensively with it. Every other stainless needs a lot of scrubbing to get it clean, and NanoBond looks like new after two years! During that same two years I was gifted a ceramic skillet, which I had assumed would be similar. NOT. After only a couple of months the "ceramic' stuck worse than any stainless surface I have ever used. I am amazed! If you are on the fence, buy one and try it. You will be too!

I have several of these pans.. they are all exceptional! extremely wonderful to cook with, clean easily and they are gorgeous to look at!

Rarely need to use it because the Nanobond generally cleans up so easily, but it works well - especially on the outside, which is a little more likely to show the occasional stain.

After years of trying out nonstick cookware I have finally found the best!

Had this pan less than a year. Curious to see how durable the non-stick surface lasts. Out of the box, it is a good looking tool. The handle is very striking. As are the flat rivets. When I was shopping, I figured the flat rivets were just a gimmick. Now I truly like them. Some technical notes. The handles get hot. At least on gas they do. Ever see the demonstrations? Cooking an egg without oil? This pan does not. That said, it only takes a couple drops to cook an egg. It's a good non-stick pan.

I use the skillet almost daily on an induction cooktop; sauté, frying, pasta sauce, etc. It never sticks, clearly is induction-ready (no humming) and performs superbly.

Love this little pan! Easy to clean up, works great and superior quality. I haven't had anything stick to it since I follow the directions of heating the pan then heating the oil - awesome!

Without question the best pan I have ever used. The surface distributes heat evenly, putting a lovely brown char on steaks and chops. Deglazing is instantaneous and cleaning is a breeze. To top it off the pan is beautiful. I love Hestan TITUM!

The best investment I've ever done for my kitchen. The quality level, design and performance is in another level. I've cooked all kinds of dishes and the outcome is always great and delicious. The service from the concierge has been very useful, and I like that I can call them directly if I have any questions about my skillet. I'll definitely buy the whole Nanobond set at the end of this year.
