Let's start by saying that I rarely do reviews but i think this company deserve this. I purchased an item by mistake and emailed them as soon as I realized that the next day. The status stated it was shipped but the staff/owner there was able to catch that early enough and canceled the order for me. I really appreciated her effort and if I can thank her in person, I would. Too bad that the item I wanted wasn't carried by them and in the future if I need anything that they have, I would definitely buy from them again. Note: I'm not one of the paid reviewers in the internet world these days.
