If I were a rich man I'd buy this all the time. It's rare that bread companies have products that actually tell the truth about their claims. I had a piece of this "pizza" bread at dinner with salted butter as a side and well my chicken and bread combo did NOT raise my glucose up too much. Made me happy. It's also really good tasting like it's home made. I think the only suggestion would be maybe the company can sell the dough so folks could make other things with it besides a flat bread. This could easily be made into Nan with butter, garlic and parsley quite easily. The selling of the dough would give folks more options like dinner rolls or making it into a cinnamon bun. Just some thoughts. Thank you for an excellent product. When I have the money I'll buy more for sure. Also, their customer care here is very very good, much appreciated that!

Shipping/delivery was confusing between Tusk and Door Dash. Tracking showed it all over the place. Answer about question over product location and delivery was received two days after inquiry sent and on the day it was delivered.

The order arrived earlier than expected but the delivery person put it in the back of the house which is an alleyway. Also made a mistake on a second order and cannot seem to reach the company to get it straightened out.

I haven’t had pizza in over a year and a half. At that time, my annual physical revealed that I had an elevated A1c due most likely to my obsession with carbs (bread, pasta, and potatoes). Fast-forward to last summer when I discovered Hero bread. I never could’ve pulled my A1c back into the normal range without it. And now you have pizza crust. This pizza crust is soft, almost spongy, it reminds me of eating a flat “deep dish” pizza. I’ve added it to my lunch rotation. Two things: please add the pizza crust to your regular stable of foods and please make cookies!

Shipping was a bit slow, but it did have to come all the way from California to Maryland.

Breads and buns are pretty good. Wonder if they hold up a decent amount of time while being in the refrigerator cause I have run acrossed breads that have gotten moldy and had to throw out alot of slices from certain loaves of bread.
