High Calibre Coffee!

Just finished my third pour over tweaking the grind each time to raise the extraction yield to my preferred ballpark of 20% resulting in a wonderfully balanced cup and very sweet. Delicate notes of strawberry coming through with a long finish. This is an excellent coffee.
