As I said in my review. The spices are really good but customer service did not exist. I used PayPal to pay and it changed my shipping address to my billing address. I immediately responded on the confirmation email but got no response. I tried 3 different days but still no response.

SO GLAD I FOUND HERBAN FARMS. I ALWAYS KEEP ALL OF THIER SPICES IN MY SPICE RACK.

Nicely packaged. Great natural tasting spices and sauces. And they graciously gave me free spices for free to try. Not one but 3!! Thank you guys!

Not having a good time for deliverin products. Products are not arriving on time and I paid for the delivery fee. I put an order 9/7/2024 but I haven’t received fully of my order. I am still missing pikes collection, Rainer hub, and real Tiing Hot Pepper sauce. On top of that, my first order did not get delivered to my front door. I had to go to post office and paid extra $2.90 to pick up while I paid the delivery fee to deliver to my front door. :(

Excellent service. We didn't pay for expedited shipping and don't know if it is offered but would be willing to pay for quicker delivery. Other than that everything arrived in a timely manner and in great condition.
