I had decided I would stop using filtered water when my filters needed replacing at the end of 2025. But then I had some issues with reflux. The alkaline water from the Heppi jug system is invaluable in dealing with discomfort in the GI tract. And the taste is good, too. I continue to be a happy customer!!

Reasonably priced for manuka honey of this rating. I was using it to help with a sore throat, not wanting to use lozenges which can impact my reflux. Great taste is a bonus!

We have been using Heppi for over 12 months now. I love it.

I have been using my Heppi Water filter system for a couple years. I like the clean fresh taste of my water. I received purchased another Heppi water jug and multi filter pack for a family member. I know it is keeping my body in a healthy alkaline state. After recent health issues, I know it he needed this water system in his fridge.

My preference in taking magnesium is a marine magnesium and this one is excellent. Add to that the fantastic customer service from Heppi and great price, I couldn't be happier.

I’ve had other water filtering jugs in the past, but when I got this one I found that the water was cleaner more alkaline and flowed better when passing through filtration. Together with over 2 Litres of jug capacity this was one of the best I’ve had. The water tastes very hydrating and super clean. No more tapwater again. .

Bottle is excellent to take when travelling because of its size & rapid filtration. A game changer.

Nice, portable and affordable. . . Although personally, I would love it more if it has a wrist strap or something, making it easier to carry around and less likely for me to accidentally drop it too.
