For me, very good for falling asleep and staying asleep longer at night. Very tasty, and priced competitively for the market.

I purchased this for knee pain. It feels good when first applied and if I don't really need to move. Seems the menthol is the main ingredient that makes it work and there are cheaper options for that. I also have used other products that work better for way less money. -- Sadly Disappointed

This product is as advertised. Helps me sleep on days my autoimmune joint pain flares up. However, it does give me a slight buzz if I don't go to bed within 45 of taking it. While that's nice, it's not what I really need when I'm trying to go to bed! All in all, it's a great product and I will buy again.
