Straps are connected in the back of the with circular plastic piece and it broke on first time wearing the dress. So bummed!!

I ran into an issue with shipping and the initial service to correct the issue was terrible. Luckily, this situation was quickly rectified. However, I did not appreciate the amount of effort it took for me to finally receive my dress. Helsi should strongly reconsider its use of UPS. Even though they have no control over the shipper, it is a representation of their brand by extension.

I purchased a different dress initially and used a coupon. I decided on the Camilla dress instead as it was more appropriate for the event. Customer service worked with me to allow me to use my coupon and exchange sizes. Will be a loyal customer from now on!
