I received my starter kit within a week of placing my order, but I never got tracking information for that. Thankfully, it showed up without issue and I've been getting tracking numbers for my replacement subscriptions ever since! Everything was packaged safely and arrived in great condition as well.

Great; but when I first went to your website (on mobile and a computer) I tried to buy the starter kit, and the add to cart button was grayed out. It was out of stock; but it never said it was out of stock. So I thought I had selected something wrong or the website was bugged out.

Purchasing Helmm products was easy. I must also mention, customer service is outstanding. Helmm, keep doing what you are doing!

Overall, I really like Helmm. The products are stellar. 10/10 recommend the product. Shipping is fast enough, and didn't have any issues with the product in the mail. The only constructive feedback I'll offer is that the website is in need of some work. It feels janky at time on mobile devices. Sometimes, content on the page gets cutoff or is unusable all together. Minor inconveniences for a great product.

I received a defective Vessel; it's been working poorly since the beginning. It can push the pod out but can't make the pod down to the vessel. However, I love Helmm and will order a new vessel when I move to the new apartment.

I love this product! I'm not perspiring like crazy and the smell is so pleasant!
