Excellent shipping experience. On time and delivered within time frame. I had bought an extra small raincoat but returned it as too small. Got my refund and was kept posted if when it would arrive. I was advised to return jacket rather than exchange as I needed jacket earlier due to a vacation. So I did lose some money.
