Shipping is quite ok( though I did pay extra for the overnight delivery and it took 5days) but it was expected, the quality of the jacket was great.

It was easy to purchase my jacket through the website. I liked how it was on sale too. Jacket package was good and shipping was fast. Jacket fit smaller, which I expected from buying jackets from HH in the past. I'm usually a size medium in womens (occasionally a size small) - I like this type of jacket to be baggy, so I bought a size large, and it fit the way I wanted it to. Also my body type is more of a pear-shape. Hopefully this helps someone with sizing.

Products are great. Their Merino base layers can't be beat. Website is easy to use and navigate. We had products shipped and Purolator mis delivered them to the wrong city, before correcting and getting the packages to a depot closer to us. 1 star deducted for lack of to the door shipping option, and purolators bungled and delayed delivery.
