The shopping was fast; my boots came in 3 working days rather than 5. The returns service was a little slow, so I am glad I asked for a refund and ordered another pair straight away, rather than asking for a replacement. I would definitely buy from HH again.

Arrived on time and easy to track. Useful that website gave what turned out to be an exact fit from measurements I submitted.

Bought these for ski holiday and ended up getting 10. 5 as only half sizes available and I’m usually a 10. So glad I did as they fit very snuggly and so would have been too small at a size 10.

Jelly Hanson was brilliant no issues. The shipping service used was DHL. Thank god I asked for signature when being delivered to my door. I waited in for the delivery and within a minute of me receiving the text no one at home so had to reschedule. DHL never came to my home to attempt delivery. I have house cameras it shows they didn’t. After 20mins trying to get in contact with DHL, the couldn’t contact the driver. His mobile was off. The cost of product from HH requires a trust worthy organisation for the delivery . I’m not sure I got that from them. HH should consider using DHL!

Buying from Helly Hansen is good. Not 5 stars as the package where my product arrived was 3 times larger than the product box itself, hence not very sustainable and sensible packaging.
