Great

Nice colour but I don’t like the quality very much. Also I would recommend going one size up.

Shipment is 3 days late.

Excellent product especially for travel, a very good fit for my 5’-8” 148 lb size. Only thing is I like my previous pair that has snap pockets instead of buttons, but still good. Adding a zipped hidden inside pocket would be a great feature as a place to put a passport or other cash or credit cards.

I queried H/H about a pair of 6 month old hiking shoes that did not live up to my expectaations for waterproofness. H/H immediately provided me with a warranty credit for a new pair of shoes that I am now wearing. Great custmer support

Service is great.

It all went great!

Shipping was quick and easy.

So far so good....finally found a product in an acceptable price range, and in my size!

Excellent customer assistance! High end quality products!

great experience

I've been shopping here since a kid, as a young adult I still appreciate the brand!

Great
